Are you one known for procrastination?

If you are visiting this blog instead of working on that project or assignment minimized on your taskbar, the guys over at have a great article about avoiding procrastination. The basic idea consists of the following three main rules:

(1) The Clarity Rule: you should never add a task you don’t fully understand to your list.

(2) The Fifteen Minute Rule: every task you’re working on needs to get at least 15 minutes of your full attention.

(3) The One More Thing Rule: do one more thing towards completion of your task, and then move on.
